New hair

Ive had my new hair for 4 weeks now and i cant believe i haven't done a post on it yet. I went to see Aidan last weekend so this is me and him having a little photo sesh on a night out!







I usually have my hair straight but i had some curls in for the night





I was unprepared for this night out and wore a black pair of skinny jeans with my trusty military style top, and as you may see in my first pic i took my huge leopard fur jacket with me.

What I say? '

After washing and conditioning my hair i shake this product well, hold upside down and spray into the palm of my hand. It comes out as a foam and begins to crackle (quite loudly) and turns into liquid. once the cracking settle's down i distribute evenly into my towel dried hair. The Crackling did admittedly get rather annoying but i've gotten used to it now so its not really a problem. 

I have been using this product now every time i wash my hair, it smells slightly spicy which i don't find nice but then nor offensive . I layer this with other products, quite a few other products, and my hair feels completely weightless when its dry. Overall i really like this product and i am very happy i got it in a glossybox! Add this to my endless list of faves!

The feel unique beauty box costs £9.95, this months Novemeber theme was PRIMED TO PARTY! and here's what i got in mine

Emma Hardie Amazing Face cleansing balm and dual action cloth  - removes make up and I must say so far its a winner for me! 

Schwarzkopf Professional OSiS+ Dust It Mattifying Powder - been wanting to try this baby like forever! So i was so excited about this little beauty!! 


Xen-Tan Deep Bronze Luxe - Got this in a glossybox a while back, still love this! 


Goldwell Dualsenses Ultra Volume 60 Second Treatment -  quick-working, strengthening and intensive care treatment will add dramatic body and volume to your hair. Haven't tried this yet

Bella Pierre Shimmer Powder-  multi-purpose shimmer powder is a must-have for adding some sparkle to your look –  It’s multi-tasking so you can use as an eye shadow or add to your eye liner, lip gloss, blusher, body bronzer, hair highlighter & mascara, tried this on my cheeks today looked nice cant wait to try this in other make up products to create different looks! 

Prada candy - I love this perfume so much that I've asked my partner for it for xmas! 

I'm so behind on reviewing the products, but i will have a few product reviews coming up shortly!

October Boudior Prive

Back with another beauty box post. This is Octobers Boudior Prive box, sorry its late work and home life has been pretty hectic (i'm no longer a facebook regular!) 

Included in the box was 

• Cetuem Illuminating Mask & Creme de Lite

• Rose & Co Rose Petal Salve
• Studio Makeup Liner Style Pen Black

Overall i really like the box, even though i'm not a fan of rose scented things on my desk at present is the rose and co salve which i use regularly. I also really like the studio eye liner pen. I feel the Cetuem will probably end up on beauty box swaps as i feel its to mature for my skin. The memo smells adorable and the Huile de Palme is being tested as we speak

Glossybox October

This months Glossybox was called '6 pack' celebrating there 6th month of Glossybox! Cant believe i've been subscribed for half a year now. The glossy sheet now comes with QR codes which is really handy if you have a smart phone.


Inside the box is

First impressions - I love the Dermalogica brand and heard that age smart is for any age so it would be really lovely ot try out some new and different items from a brand i already love. I already have some magazine freebies from the Leighton Denny range and i know hes highly featured on QVC, this colour is similar but not the same as the Zoya polish from last months Boudior, I will do a comparison post. I'm in love with the Stila stick in Moray, Moray is a gorgeous olivey taupe with gold shimmer, which i do believe would be perfect for everyday but also for a 'hot' winter party look.

re- using my beauty boxes

It's fair to say that there are now lots of companies partaking in the latest beauty box craze. I have 3 boxes on the go Glossybox, Boudoir Prive and I'm due to get a November feel unique box. The boxes that they come in are such good quality that it would be a complete waste to throw them away. I was recently having a make up organising sesh and came up with this. These boxes are now organised into draws.  





Other ideas i've heard of are using the boxes to organise nail polish, putting gifts in for friends, keeping cables in and even using the pretty pattern on the inside for décor.


What do you do with yours? any other ideas?

Happy 24th birthday for yesterday to me!

Last night i got dolled up to go out with the boy, we went to Wagamama's which was LOVELY! It was my first time there believe it or not. We also chilled out in chiqutos bar and watched the Inbetweeners movie which was quite funny there were at least two times where i was crying with laughter!One of which was the dance scene!

The whole look was from Primark and im really loving the mustard dress, I wore a smokey eye and a red lip!Tonight i'm out in Amazingstoke! (Basingstoke) with one of my girlfriends.

September Glossybox

In this box I got Green People day solution, HD brows palette, Moa green balm, Plum by Mary Greenwell ad Rahua Shampoo and conditioner

As usual there's a theme this months theme was '5 Future Classics' 

On first impressions I thought my box was o.k, I haven't used the rahua shampoo and conditioner yet but heard it smells good. The HD brows is by far my favourite item from this box and the shadows are highly pigmented. I tried it on my eyebrows but ill try again after a wax (i got mine threaded and they are awfully thick) Plus i do have quite full eyebrows naturally so this is more likely to be used as an eye shadow palette. The green balm seems nice and has many uses though so far i've only used it on my lips. Plum by Mary Green perfume is just not for me so I will be giving it away. The day cream will be eventually tried out but I have so much moisturiser to get through.

Boudior prive septemeber box

This morning my Boudoir Prive box came. This month inside was:


Tropic Skincare Body smooth - 100% natural exfoliator, smells really good (like citrus) and enriched with sea minerals Jojoba and Macadamia oil

Next I got a sample of Agent Provocatuer L'agent - a very Floral oriental smell

Then i got Macadamia hair repair which i've already fallen in love with.

Colbert MD eye-cream used by the likes of Kate Middleton and Sienna Miller

A Zoya nail polish in the colour Marina and a colour chart for their new Smoke and Mirrors range

Finally i received a Cargo Cosmetics boogies night eye pencil in Black

Then thrown in the box and unmentioned was a sample Mai couture blot and bronze paper.

Overall i'm quite happy with this box,very excited for the hair repair oil and I also feel i'll enjoy the eye-liner, nail polish and 2in1 blot paper

F+F Cardi

Went into Tesco today and their clothes just get nicer and nicer! With this their prices have gone up, but lets be honest they aren't to extortionate. I purchased this browny beige grandad knit cardi for £20

Whist in Tesco i also saw these two dresses for £18




They remind of these Topshop shift dresses that sold out quickly at £46





Ive been for a job interview recently and im due another next week if i get one of the jobs, i will be purchasing these to wear with blazers/smart cardigans and tights for work.They also make nice going out dresses. Talking of going out on Wednesday i went out to London and met up with some old besties. 2 of which i hadnt seen for at least two years and its so funny to see how we've all grown up ive known these guys since the tender age of 16 and Jason since i was 12.
