Hello Everyone!

From a very snotty and ill me! :( I've come down with the dreaded cold and im not feeling to great! Managed to polish off a bottle of cold and flu medicine, sniff all the vicks and Olbas oil i have and unfortunately im still feeling grim. :(  However ive had a lovely week, started the week off with a Barre Concept class and my butt and legs were burning the next day ( I love that feeling!) Managed to do 5 exercise sessions this week and lost 1 pound :)

Nails of the day #1

Today's nails of the day post is here! I'm wearing Models own in pink fizz, isn't it just lovely! I'm very much in a valentines day mood (dreaming of pink and red)

New years Resolutions

So I've seen that according to the university of Scranton in USA 92% of new years resolutions fail! :( Obviously this in a US figure but i cant see the UK being much different. Anyway here are my new years resolutions for 2014

• Lose about 10 pounds
• Drink more water 

And that's it! My most wanted goal was to give up drinking fizzy drink but for me this was unattainable so i changed it to drink more water, with this in mind so far I've maybe had one share size diet coke in the last 16 days. This for me is quite a revelation i used to drink a bottle a day or more! :O So ive definitely started the year off well with the drinking water! Ive now lost 2 of the 10 pounds i wanted to lose! I tend to weigh myself every two weeks as i'm gaining muscle by exercising nearly everyday and for that reason i also measure myself! 

2013 New Years Resolution

My 2013 goal was to lose weight and exercise more and that i definitely have been.

I've lost quite a bit of weight i think about 19 pounds! I've also gained muscle which is nice on my abs and ive also got more defined legs and arms. 

Dont let your new years resolutions fail - Work hard and make your 2014 resolutions count!

Purgatory Challenge Update

Hello,

So the Purgatory ended in December and i'm pleased to say i did manage to have a clear out of Make-up and beauty supplies. I sold quite a few items of limited edition MAC that i find myself not using. Don't get me wrong, i do have a small collection of Limited edition mac that i use very often, however most has been purchased in the heat of the moment and for that reason wasn't really getting the use it deserved.

Some of the items removed and sold from the purgatory challenge included

• Tartan tale smokey pigment set (I just don't use pigments it was a really wasted purchase on me)
• Mac Petticoat MSF 
• About 5 Mac Lipsticks 
• Some 250- 300 items sold in beauty box bundles or given away in multiple challenges including recycled Secret Santa 
• Illamasqua Nail vanishes and lipsticks
• Bundle in the region of 25 nail polishes 
• I also went through the bathroom and make up stash and binned about 25-30 items which were no good to me nor anyone else. 

So there's the conclusion of the purgatory challenge!

Blog Sale Beauty's mini Haul

Hello Ladies

This month I decided to purchase items from blog sales and people i know selling make up. This is only a mini haul but i'm so excited that i managed to purchase something I've been lusting over since August. 

Here i purchased Nars Pierre Hardy in  Rotounde and Nars velvet lip pencil in Sex Machine. I have a new found obsession with the Nars lip pencils I absolutely adore them. I only own 3 but i reckon that will change pretty quickly! 

The next item i purchased was Nars bolero Velvet lips pencil with is a lovely light orange tone. This is the item i have been lusting after! 

And here are some swatches of all 3 items brought in order from left to right Nars Rotounde, Nars Sex Machine and finally Nars Bolero.

Wednesday wants - Christmas edition

Hello Ladies

Today i thought i'd post my first Wednesday wants post. This is a Christmas special edition as i've asked my very closest family and friends for these items (or have at least hinted!)

Mac Vegas volt is the most amazing red/orange coral, I'm not shy of sporting a bold lip and i NEED this in my collection!! Nars night clubbing is a lovely black/olive complete with Christmas Sparkles! I love a good smokey eye and i think this is going to take my smokey eye to a whole new level. Finally Rockteur that came out from Benefit earlier this year! Last weekend i was at the benefit counter swatching this badboy! Its a lovely rose gold colour, whilst at the counter i realised the only Benefit blushers i don't have are Rocktuer and Bella Bamba. I need these to complete my Benefit blush collection.

Choose my Lipstick Challenge - Secret beauty Junkies loves...#2

The lovely girls over at Secret beauty Junkies loves http://secretbeautyjunkies.blogspot.co.uk decided on the Inglot lipstick 248. Here's the finished result 

I love how wearable this lipstick is even with quite fiery red hair! This is my only Inglot lipstick! i think i need to see what other amazing colours they have to offer. Inglot are affordable at £10.00 a lipstick and pigmentation is brilliant!
